ADSHEAD: Mae
Passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, September 14th, 2020. Mae Allette Margrett (nee Dixon) was the beloved wife of the late Irvin Adshead, she was 100 years old. Loving mother of Ron Adshead and his wife Linda of Maple Ridge, BC. Cherished grandmother of Melanie and her husband Kevin. Predeceased by her siblings, Dr. Thelma Dixon-Murphy, Allan, Albert and Ernest Dixon. Mae will be lovingly remembered by her dear friend Kim Belanger. She was a Registered Nurse caring for patients in North Bay for many years. Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Thursday September 17th, from 1:00 P.M. until time for a Funeral Service in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. Due to COVID restrictions the Service capacity will be limited to 30 people. Masks must be worn in the Funeral Home. Internment beside her husband Irvin in the Terrace Lawn Cemetery.
