Louise Ellen Lemieux
With our hearts full of love, we share the passing of our beloved Lou who ended her courageous battle with cancer on June 12th, 2020 with her girls by her side. Lou was born on April 17th, 1951 to Antony and Hazel Lemieux. From a young age it was clear Lou was determined, adventurous, fearless, and full of life. She loved to dance, golf, travel and spend time with loved ones. In Lou’s young adult years, she left Montreal to set out on an adventure that allowed her to travel around the world. Up to her final days, she still cherished all those special memories and friendships she made along her journey.
Lou will forever have a place in the hearts of her daughters Sarah (John), Kelly (Stu), Tracy (Ed) and son Eric, and will be missed dearly. Her wit and sense of humor will never be forgotten by her siblings Cecile (John), Jim (Pat), Ted (Donna), Terry (Dave) nieces, nephews and all her beloved friends she has met throughout the years.
Her adored grandchildren Callistia, Sophia, Case, Josie and Levi will always hold their Gramma Lou close to their hearts and know she will be watching over them smiling.
Lou was wise, supportive, caring and a genuine soul. She will be missed by many. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
