Obituary of Lonnie Gay Houston
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one, Lonnie (Houston) Cushman. Lonnie left to be with the Lord Thursday May 7th and we will miss her dearly!
Lonnie will be remembered for her immense faith in Jesus. Her love for her sons was what gave her purpose in life, her ever abundant love will never be forgotten.
Lonnie was born in Quesnel BC on September 24th, 1960. She was the second born of the late Floyd and Alice Houston. She leaves behind her loving husband Tim Cushman, sons Tad and Connor Kujawiak (Jenna), step son Brady Cushman (Mary-Lynn) and family, sister Julie Belgrove (Darrell), nephews Lucas and Bennett Belgrove and nieces Sandi Ross and Clarissa Belgrove. She will also be missed by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Rev 21:4
Due to the worldwide pandemic we are living in, we will be having an intimate immediate family grave side gathering on Friday May 15th.
