ANDERSON, Linda Patricia 73, of Upper Hammonds Plains passed away March, 27, 2020 in the QEII Infirmary. Born March 3rd, 1947 in Upper Hammonds Plains she was the daughter of the late Bertina Oliver, raised by her paternal grandparents Fredrick and Minnie David.
She worked privately for 37 years in people’s homes. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grand and great-grandchildren. She loved chatting on the phone to her friends daily and kept in touch with all her relatives near and far. She made personal connections and lifelong friendships wherever she went because of her unique personality, and sense of humour. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, The Ladies Auxiliary, The Voices of Praise Choir, a Sunday School teacher. President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Volunteer Fire Dept,Member of The Community Development and the UHP Seniors.
Surviving are sons Travis (Denine) Bedford, Kirk (Ann Alee) Upper Hammonds Plains, Adrian (Cheryl) Beaverbank. Only daughter Amanda Upper HammondsPlains. Grandchildren; Chad, Cortland, Michael, Gregory, Marissa, Aliyah and Aydan. Great-grandchildren; Jha-Zeyia, Kaliyah, Camden and Casey. Siblings; Gary (Cindy), Curtis and Gail all of Sackville. Dennis (Karen), Clyde (Charlene), Alden (Tina), Clifford, Jessie and Sybil all of Upper Hammonds Plains. Neville ( Glenda) Spyfield. Several Nieces and nephews. Life long friends Geneva Marsman, Sharon Anderson and sister in law Marion Anderson.
She was predeceased by husband Spencer S. Anderson.
Arrangements entrusted to T.K Barnard Funeral Home Lower Sackville. Internment in the UHP Community Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Lennett J Anderson officiating Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or EBC Thank you for the many expressions of love and condolences. Due to Covid-19 no visitation or service can be held at this time
