Obituary of Lila Morton
Lila passed away suddenly at her home on June 24, 2020. Born on September 20, 1934, Lila Rose Morton (née Molloy) of Owen Sound, was in her 86th year.
Loving mother of Roger Morton of Owen Sound. Cherished Gram of Carrie Morton, Jamey Rawn and Jennifer Morton, all of Owen Sound, Tami Vermilyea (Katum) of Hepworth, and Great-Gram of Cody Holman, Alecia King, Lucas Wilson-Rawn, Dakoda Morton, Tyler Morton, Hayley Vander Straeten, Kyler Vermilyea, Austyn Vermilyea, and Great-Great-Gram of Adrian and Aubrey Van Den Berg.
Predeceased by her husband Lyle Morton and her son Daniel Morton.
Cremation is taking place and a private graveside service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs, at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound (519-376-7492).
