Dupelle, Laurier J. “Pit”
Peacefully at his home in Embrun on Wednesday, November 11,2020 with his family by his side, Laurier “Pit” Dupelle of Vankleek Hill, passed away at the age of 79. Predeceased by his parents Pierre Dupelle and Eva Labre. Loving husband of 58 years to Margaret (nee Pieroway). Proud and caring father of Jeffrey (Kelly) (the late Kim) and Daniel (Marsha). Dearly loved “Poppa” of Stephanie, Liam, Mindy, Justen, Danika, Mariska and great-grandson Lincoln. Predeceased by his brothers Laurent and Raymond (Jack) and his sisters Florence and Aline. Dear brother-in-law of Patricia Davidson, the late Thomas Pieroway (Marlene), John Pieroway (Jane) and Marilyn Connor (Bruce). Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
Pit enjoyed many different sports over the years, he especially loved bowling. Anyone who knew Pit knows that he loved all animals and was avid bird watcher at home.
Due to the current circumstances a Private Family Service will be held. The family invites family and friends to watch the Live Webcast of the Service on Wednesday, November 18,2020 at 1 pm at www.hillcrestfuneralhome.ca
