Obituary
Kenneth Leslie KOZAK
March 11, 1947 – September 22, 2020
It is with great sadness we announce the death of Kenneth Leslie Kozak on September 22, 2020. He died peacefully at his home in Saskatoon at the age of 73. Ken was born in Saskatoon to Elsie and Sam Kozak. He grew up in Saskatoon with his twin brother, Keith. Ken attended Bedford Road Collegiate where he played football and participated in numerous high school activities. Following high school, Ken attended Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Moose Jaw, and graduated with a Diploma in Architectural Technology. After graduation, he spent a long career with the City of Saskatoon, most of those years working as an assessor. Ken enjoyed golfing, sailing, curling, reading, handball, barbershop singing, playing guitar and cooking. He loved to socialize with his many friends, and cherished the lifelong friendships he had made. Ken served as President of the Condo Board where he resided in Saskatoon, and also served on the Board of Directors of the Saskatoon Credit Union. Ken was recently recognized for his many years of volunteer work with CUPE 59. He loved visiting with his family and never refused a home-cooked meal. He was particularly close to his Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Earle who watched over him after his parents died at an early age. Ken is predeceased by his parents, Elsie and Sam. He is survived by his son Clayton, his identical twin brother Keith (Sonja) and nephews Chris and Dustin. A private gathering will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.
