Obituary
Kathy Arlene McCauley passed away suddenly from a heart attack January 11th, 2020. Kathy was the daughter of Joyce and Douglas Thain and sister to Carolyn Thain, Colleen (Greg) Knapp and Paul Thain all from Gravenhurst. Kathy was the cherished mother to Jonathan (Emma) McCauley and Grandmother to Kenzie(the love of her life). Kathy was also an Aunt to Jeff and Kirsten Knapp and Great Aunt to Hudson Knapp whom she loved deeply. Kathy was the niece to Alex and Leona Goerk and a cousin to Michael (Theresa) Goerk, Sharon Hickey and Brenda Burtch. She will be greatly missed by all of us! Kathy had a gentle soul and would help anyone in need, no questions asked. Kathy was a Christian who loved to study Our Lord and Saviour’s Word and tried to live up to all expectations.
Kathy loved to make greeting cards, knit, crochet, go boating and relax with a good book at the beach. We all love her and miss her! The funeral is this Friday January 24th at Pinegrove Fellowship Church in Bracebridge at 1 pm. Donations to Pinegrove Fellowship Church would be greatly appreciated.
