JOSEPHINE ROLLAND
March 8, 1923 – April 5, 2020
After a long, full and faithful life, Josephine has gone on peacefully to fulfill her destiny.
She leaves her surviving family with many warm and love-filled memories. Her husband of over seventy years, Edward, daughter Terry, son Mark (Pam) and grandchildren Ashton and Alexa are the people that filled her life and heart. She is also survived by her sister Stephanie Wilton, sister-in-law Dora Rojfur and numerous nieces and nephews that completed her family.
She was predeceased by her parents Aleksandra and Jozef Rajfur, her infant daughter Mary, her brother Ted Rajfur and her mother-in-law Rose Rzechowski.
Her final years were made easier by the support of many. In particular, many thanks to Roy Bechard, Spiritual Care and the staff at St. Joseph’s Residence.
Dr. Terry Babick’s sensitivity and caring afforded her the dignity and care she so deserved. Father Gerry Ward whose support and friendship to her and the family has been unwavering and appreciated beyond words.
Due to the current health situation, we will be postponing Mum’s funeral indefinitely.
