Jean (Holmes) Evans, a resident of Park Place Retirement Home, Woodstock died March 8, 2020 in her 101st year. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Evans in 1996, an infant son Glen, son-in-law Bill Collier, brothers Alex (Ella), Evan (Helen) and sister Lorena Tanner (Frank). She is survived by daughters Marty Collier, London, Gail McDonald (Bill), Woodstock, Lauren Storey (Don), Woodstock, Karen Beitz (Larry), Mildmay; seven grandchildren Robert, David and Sean Collier, Clayton, Brian and Ian Beitz, Josh Wilton and granddaughter Nicole Leanna and nine great-grandchildren. At Jean’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will take place with a family interment at Avondale Cemetery, Stratford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VON, ALS Society, Salvation Army or the charity of one’s choice through the W.G.
