James Francis Pittman
July 25, 1933 – October 29, 2020
It is with broken hearts to announce the peaceful passing of our dear father James Frances Pittman Oct 29th, 2020, age 87.
Predeceased by his wife Nina [1977], daughter Margie [2011], grandson Jamie [2020], mother Mary Murphy [2000] and son in law Floyd Pretty [2008]. Elizabeth King [ 2017]
Leaving to forever mourn him is son Danny Pittman [Tina], daughters Susan [Harv], Angela, Shelly [Mario], Lisa [Tom} and son in law Shawn Stringer.
Grandchildren, Evan, Felica, Adam, Dylan, Shane, Jennifer, Blaine, Jessica, Grant and Noah. Great Grandchildren, Tyson,Emma, Jackson and Beau .
Special mention to Yvonne and the entire King family, whom he considered family.
Jim also leaves with loving memories sister, Maggie LePoint, brothers, Bob, Kevin and Dick (Frankie) Murphy. Also, his sister Slyvia Ewener and family in Sarnia, Ont.also a large circle of relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Dad was the kindest person you could ever meet and always smiling. He was a hardworking man and long-time owner of Pittman’s Garbage Disposal. He was loved by all his customers. Anyone that was lucky enough to meet our dad instantly liked him and rarely caught him in a serious or bad mood. He will be forever missed by all. Fly high Dad xoxo
Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road on Monday, November 2, 2020 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from Caul`s Chapel on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 4 p.m. and will be streamed live. Cremation to follow.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Dad’s memory to Forget Me Not Animal Rescue.
