Oziemkowski, Jakub Krzysztof – Suddenly passed on Friday December 4, 2020. Jakub, in his 37th year, beloved son of Barbara Oziemkowska and Krzysztof Oziemkowski.
Loved brother of Tymon.
Dear nephew of: Krystyna, Ryszard, Piotr, Pawel (Wieslawa) and Krzysztof (Maria), Maria, Wanda.
Jakub will be sadly missed by Bolo.
Family and friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Thursday, Dec. 10th from 4-6 p.m.
A private family service to follow in the chapel at 6:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions to Wayside House of Hamilton would be appreciated.
