Obituary of Helen Neath
Helen passed away peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, December 9, 2020. Born in Toronto on June 30, 1927, Helen Marie Neath (née McMaster) of Owen Sound, was in her 94th year.
Dearly beloved wife of the late James E. Neath (March 2011). Also predeceased by her siblings Edith, Jack, Ronald and Larry McMaster.
Helen was a graduate of the OSCVI (1944). She and her classmates kept in touch and made a point of meeting for lunch once a month up until a few years ago. She thrived being around her friends and animals and walking in nature. Helen enjoyed sharing stories with all she knew. Her infectious laugh, kindness and warmth will surely be missed.
At Helen’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place and Helen’s urn will be interred in Greenwood Cemetery, alongside her husband Jim.
