Obituary of Helen Carley
Peacefully, with family by her side, Helen Carley (nee Solohub) passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Monday June 22nd, 2020 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Carley (1982).
Cherished mother of Sandra & Robert Huson. Beloved grandma to Michael (Jennifer) Huson, Scott (Tiffany) Huson, Carley (Jason) McKinnon. Dear great grandmother to Mackenzie, Samantha, Bradley, Brendon, Gwendolyn, Hayley, and Paige.
Survived by her stepson John (Donna) Carley, and his children Shelley and Darren. Missed by her brothers Peter (Mary) Solohub, and Carl (the late Ann) Solohub.
Helen was a passionate Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
She served her country as a Private in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, where the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2pm. Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.

No one will be permitted at the Visitation or Funeral Service unless previously scheduled. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that everyone attending must wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Helen may be made to St. Andrew’s United Church, Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation, or the Arthritis Society of Canada.
