Obituary
It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Gisèle Florence Faubert née Brazeau on October 14th, 2020, at the age of 76, surrounded by family in Ottawa, ON. Gisèle is survived by her husband, Michel, and her dear sister and cribbage partner, Jackie (Réal) Blais. Devoted mother to her four children Gilles (Patricia), Denis, Claudette (Al) Wortman, and Diane (Nancy Porteous). Mamie cherished her grandchildren, Dave (Noelle) Cummings, Angelle (Rachel Monfils), Kayla Michaud, Katrina Michaud (Brian Nault), Briana (David Gick), and James (Maegan) Michaud, and her precious great-grandchildren Carolyn Nault, Rosalie Gick, and Norah Michaud. A loving, creative and crafty person, she loved to paint, play games (Boggle, crosswords, bowling, etc.) and be outdoors. Mom was a very determined person, who loved nothing more than having fun and spending time with her family. If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Kidney Foundation of Canada, or Diabetes Canada.
