Rickert, Gerald « Gerry » Morley:
Passed away peacefully on December 25, 2020 at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of the late Joy Rickert.
Dear father of Rebecca (Gordon) Thompson, Christine (James) Voisin, Corey (Lynda) Rickert, and Tim (Carrie) Rickert.
Cherished grandfather of Greg, Nathan, Josh, Ben, Julia, Emma, Cameron, Madeline, Alex, Samantha, and Natalie. He was a great-grandfather to ten great-grandchildren.
Brother-in-law to Dona Wiegand.
Gerry’s main priority in life was his family. His world revolved around his wife, children, grand-children and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed staying busy and also loved to spend time at the cottage.
Private cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, (519)749-8467. A memorial service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church or KidsAbility Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
