Elmo Bastarache
1942-2020
2020 Elmo Bastarache, 77, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at
home on Saturday April 11, 2020. He was married to Andréa
(Poirier) Bastarache. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late
Tilmon and the late Marie (Bastarache) Bastarache.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Andréa, his three children;
Elda Bastarache (Maurice), Elmo Jr (Gisèle) and Denis all of
Bouctouche, his three grandchildren; Stéphane (Rachel), Sylvie
(Joël) and Jérémie as well as his two great
grandchildren; Ariel and Mika. He also leaves to mourn four sisters;
Rose-Mai Guimond (Vernon) of Bouctouche, Fernande Henrie (Roger) of
Gardner, MA, Jacqueline Jaillet (Raymond) of Saint-Edouard-de-Kent,
Linda Allain (Danny) of Dieppe, one brother Achille (Anne-Marie) of
Bouctouche as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one sister Bernice and one brother; Normand
«Mune».
The visitation and a funeral Mass will be held a later date due to the
Covid 19 pandemic.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
