Ireland: Eleanor
Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday September 30th 2020, at the age of 90 Years. Beloved wife of the late George Ireland, and the late Knox MacLeod. Loving mother of David (Robbin), Randy (Darla), and Paul. Loving Stepmother of Rick, Cathy, the late Doug, and Terri. Cherished Grandma of Stephen (Christy), Rachel, and Connor. Great grandma to Hudson, and Jasper. Will be missed by her sister Frances, and late brother Alan. Eleanor will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation and tributes will be held on Thursday October 8th from 11:00am – 12:30pm at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive in Oshawa (905)440 3595. Interment of Cremated remains will follow at Fallis Cemetery in Bethany at 2:00pm. In Lieu of flowers Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or Durham Region Community Care.
