Edward’s Obituary
It is with great sadness the family of Edward Barrett announce his passing on Wednesday December 2nd. 2020 at Western Memorial hospital in his 74th. year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories is his wife Marion, children; Sabrina (Rob) of Saint John, NB., Dean Barrett of Toronto, ON. and Cecil Howell (Nancy) of Howley, NL.. His grandchildren; Zackary (Sara) of Toronto, ON. and Drucilla of Toronto, ON.. Great grandchild Coraline. Brothers; Don (Pauline) Williams of Hopeall Trinity Bay, NL, Willis (Yvonne) Williams of New Harbour Trinity Bay, NL. ,Ivan (Lorraine) Wiliams of Hopeall Trinity Bay, NL., Wayne (Linda) Williams of Toronto, ON. and Roger (Christine) Williams of New Harbour Trinity Bay, NL.. Sisters; Edna(George) Green of Bonnetville, Albetra, Marilyn Brace of Greens Harbour Trinity, NL. and Audrey (Harry) George of New Harbour Trinity Bay, NL.. Edward was predeceased by his parents Ada Barrett nee Williams and step father William Williams.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the doctors & nurses at Western Memorial Hospital, the Deer Lake Ambulance staff and the Howley volunteer dept..Also a special thanks to barry Blundon & Linda Barrett of Howley, Robin Barrett of Howley and Adde Green of Howley. His homecare workers Gladys Blundon, Wanda Pearce, Glynis Ropson and Lillian Bridger.
In keeping with Edwards wishes cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will take place at a later date.
