Donna G. Barter
1949-2020
Donna G. Barter passed away at the Saint John Regional
Hospital, Saint John, NB., on Tuesday, December 29,
2020.
Born in St. Stephen, NB., daughter of the late Clare and
Beatrice MacMillan.
Donna is survived by her husband, Ronald Bedford, two sons,
Michael (Patty Vold) of Calgary, AB., and Stephen (Candace) of
Mayfield, NB., three grandchildren: Alicia Fairweather, Brad and Ryan
Barter, one great- grandson, Lucas, two great-granddaughters, Abigail
and Chloe Fairweather, two brothers: Terry MacMillan (Nancy), and Rick
MacMillan, all of St. Stephen, NB., one sister, Barb Matheson (Arthur)
of Quispamsis, NB., nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna was predeceased by four
brothers: James, Allen, Buster and Dennis, and one sister, Jackie
Fitzsimmons.
In keeping with Donna’s wishes, there will be no funeral
service or visitation held.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Donna may be made
to the Charlotte County SPCA or a charity of one’s
