Obituary
Donna Alice (Black) Breault passed away peacefully at Victoria General Hospital with the love of her life, Don by her side, June 29, 2020. Donna was the beloved wife of Don, dear mother of Erin Breault, Lisa Kuranowicz (Breault) and Paul Breault. She was proud and caring grandmother of Megan, Liam and Drew Breault Swanson, Emma, Alyssa and Adam Kuranowicz, and great grandmother to Eliza and Rory Alice Vyse. Dear sister of James Black (Ilona) and Bruce Black (Patricia). Dearest auntie of Jamie, Marcus and Shara, John, Sarah, Devon, Connor Black; Lindsay and Steven Black, Allan and Tanya Robinson, Marcia and Heather Fleming, and great nieces and nephews in Ontario and British Columbia. Donna was predeceased by parents Ruth and John Black and brother Kevin.
Donna was a dedicated teacher working in Ontario schools 1957-1964 and in Cobden at a rehabilitation center 1985-1994. Donna loved to sing and was a member of community choirs throughout her life, notably for the Ottawa Valley Festival Singers in Deep River, Eganville and Carleton Place. She was also a life-long supporter of social justice and political causes. Donna will always be remembered as a person who made friends everywhere she went, and maintained those friendships with love. Special thanks to cousin, Richard for his support.
