A gentle and loving soul.
Passed away in Ottawa on December 27th 2020. Son of Frank and Sarah Silverman. Survived by loving wife of over 60 years, Jutta (Netta) Silverman. Beloved father of and father-in-law of Sharon (Ralph) and Michael (Deborah). Adoring grandfather of Daina and Sierra Goldfinger and Victoria, Meredith and Jillian Silverman. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Florence (Norman) Partnoy, the late Evelyn (David) Blakey and Inge (Ena) Modlin.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Hillel Lodge which was his home for the last 7 years. A special thank you also to the nurses and doctors of the Ottawa General Hospital.
