David Edwin Cook, born on September 10, 1930 in Victoria, BC, passed away on August 30, 2020 in Victoria, BC at the age of 89 years. David was a well known and much-loved pharmacist, having served 25 years at the Victoria General Hospital, and more than a dozen additional years as a contract pharmacist in many locations across BC. Dave was a passionate organizer who loved gathering people through sports and education events throughout his life. David is survived by his loving family: Wife, Beverley (nee Erickson); 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, Victoria BC. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the service will be limited to immediate family and invited guests only. All others are invited to attend virtually via Zoom by clicking on the link below.
