David E. Trask
January 16, 1940 – September 01, 2020
Passed peacefully away at the HSC on Sept 1st 2020 surrounded by family.
Predeceased by parents Marion and Bill Trask, Mother-in-law Anne Mooney. Aunts Maisie Penney, Flo Noseworthy and Elsie Yetman. Brothers Rick, Wayne and Gerard. Special cousins Betty and Ruth
Leaving to mourn with fond memories his loving wife of 47 years, Alicia (nee Mooney), daughter Deanne (Barry), and son Christopher (Jessy). Grandchildren Haley (Jeff), Michael (Olivia) and Alexis. Great grandchildren Hunter and Josie. Brothers Randy and Gary, sisters Lynette and Sharon. Special close cousins Jean, Carol, Glynis, and Wendy. Also left to mourn his passing, a large number of relatives from the Mooney Family. His hockey buddies and Tim Horton’s friends, also large number of other family and close friends.
Dave was kind and gentle man. A wonderful husband, Father, grandfather and Great grandfather. Dave’s favorite sport was hockey, his loved playing the game, watching the game and was the topic of a lot of his conversations, along with CNN news. He loved traveling, dancing, good meals and the company of good friends. He volunteered at his Church ,and at the railroad Museum. Dave was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus
Dave will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him

Funeral Mass to take place from St. Paul’s Church on Friday September 4th, 2020 at 9:30 am. A link will be provided to view the mass online.
Interment to follow at a later date.
