Obituary
We are very saddened to share that Dave passed peacefully on May 9, 2020 in his sleep at home, with his son Brian by his side. Dave was son of Leamon and Elsie Wilson and the father of Brian and Michael.
Dave would have liked everyone to be happy and carry on with the good times. Share his memories and stories as Dave genuinely enjoyed life. Dave was known to enjoy sharing his experiences and knowledge to friends as well.
He was a known local race car driver who gained the racing gene from his father Leamon. Dave passed this on to his son and grandson. Dave enjoyed the social aspect of good competition and friendships built through the years of racing and building race cars. He also enjoyed having a few beers along the way to celebrate.
We enjoyed our time together; he did what he wanted and proved life can be short. Make life enjoyable, buy and build a race car and have a beer!
Dave is survived by his two grandsons Trai, Brian Jr, his favourite daughter in law Corrie and all his great friends.
