Obituary of Daryl-Lynne Joy Lemieux
We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss our loving mother, nana, sister, partner and friend, Daryl-Lynne Joy Lemieux. She left us suddenly in the late evening of Christmas Day. She spent her last week dropping off gifts, talking with close friends and travelled to see her family on Christmas Day.
Mom loved and loved hard. There was no in-between. She loved to travel, but most of all she loved music and her family. She was especially devoted to children, first as an educator for her whole working life and even more so as a mother and a nana. She was always striving to think of the coolest, most fun crafts or activities she could do with her grandchildren. She was loved by so many and her memory will be cherished forever in our hearts.
Mom was predeceased by her husband, Paul; parents Joy and Elizabeth Evenson. She is survived by her sons, Joshua (Kate) and their children Camdyn, Ashton and Joelle; and Andre (Stacey) and their children Isabelle and Sarah; sister Sharon Brunner; and partner Dennis Huber.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021 in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Regina, SK. Mass will be livestreamed for those unable to attend, you may join us virtually at youtu.be/E2Epc_aZa-k
Those so wishing may make donations in memory of Mom to Diabetes Canada or the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan.
