Dale Jean Black
1946-2020
Dale Black of Riverview passed away on October 6, 2020 at the
Fundy Royal Manor in Hillsborough. Born in Moncton she was
the daughter of the late Gerald Smith and Barbara Smith.
Dale was employed as a cook at several restaurants.
She will be dearly missed by her mother Barbara Smith,
daughters Darla (Terry) Wheaton, Teena (Jae) Kwon; son Chris (Cathy)
Molloy; sister Sandra (Willy) Smith; brother Wayne (Anne) Smith;
grandchildren Terri-Lynn, Shawn, Jessica, Liam, Cameron;
great-grandchildren Zoé, Irina, Virgil, Greyson, Isla and
several nieces and nephews. Aside from her father, she was
pre-deceased by husband Gerald, granddaughter Alysia and nephew David
Rhude.
Dale’s family will be receiving friends and
relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330
Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007) on Friday, October 9 from 4-6
pm. Face coverings are
required. A private graveside service will be
held in the Canaan Forks Cemetery. Donations made to a
charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated
by her family.
