Obituary of Curtis Parker
Parker, Curtis Durell – 83 of Nine Mile River passed away October 15th, 2020 at his home in Nine Mile River. Born in Nine Mile River on October 6th, 1937 he was the son of the late Orin and Jessie (Rath) Parker.
Curtis carried out most of his working career as a heavy equipment operator. He loved music, particularly old-time country western and fiddle.
We are heartbroken of the loss of our husband, dad, and puppy.
Curtis is survived by his loving wife Christina (White), daughter Patricia (Jody), grandchildren Ethan (Anna), Takara, Alex, brother Harold and sister Faye (Shane).
He is predeceased by siblings Prescott, Everett, Wendel, Graham, Laurie, Bertha, Jean, Phyllis, Beulah and Helen.
Cremation has taken place, there will be a grave side committal service on Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 at 2pm in the Sand Hill Cemetery, Upper Nine Mile River. Due to Covid-19 social distancing will apply outside of your bubble. Please bring a chair if you wish to sit.
