Obituary
BEYETTE, Bryon
Bryon Keith Beyette passed peacefully on December 9, 2020 in Saskatoon, SK. Bryon was born on January 12, 1952 in Gilbert Plains, MB. He was born the middle child of five rambunctious boys and one baby sister to Lloyd and Dorothy Beyette. Dad’s family gathered often and loved hard. Bryon met his wife and love of his life Margita at the tender age of 17. They were married at 19 and had their first daughter Arryn at 23 and Leah at 26. He was very proud of his career as a locomotive engineer with CN Rail for 35 years and retired from Via Rail after 6 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather to seven adoring grandchildren. He took time to play, have fun and create adventures for each of them to cherish. Dad loved to “gallivant”. He kept busy carting grandchildren to activities, cheering them on at sports-fields and the pool. He lived for epic water fights at the farm, wheeling spectacular garage sale deals, and Sunday drives with Margita. Bryon is survived by his loving wife, Margita, daughters Arryn (Sheldon) Hahn and Leah (Cody) Bentley, along with his seven grandchildren: Tegan, Olivia, Matthew, Rachel, Peter, Jordyn and Charles and his Vegas roller-coaster partner in crime and mother-in-law Irmgard Milner. He is survived by brothers Elgin (Evelyn) Beyette, Gary (Val) Beyette, Greg Beyette and Cathie (Brent) Bassett, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his Milner family who loved him very much. He was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Dorothy Beyette and older brother Wayne Beyette. Dad will be missed and loved forever. We plan to celebrate his life when we can gather again. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
