It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brent
Merrill of Maugerville, with his loving wife, Charlotte Endall, at his
side at the Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton on Monday, November
9th, 2020 at the age of 72.
Brent was born on November 27th, 1947
in Fredericton, New Brunswick, to David and Tressa (Palmer)
Merrill. He spent 38 years of his career as a carpenter for
Starlite Homes then went on to work for his good friend Phillip Gyuk
at Dead End Auto from July 2003 until his retirement in 2017. He loved
the outdoors, hunting, four wheeling and early morning coffee with his
buddies.
Brent was predeceased by his parents David and Tressa
(Palmer) Merrill. Besides his wife Charlotte, he is also
survived by his sons Perry Merrill of Oromocto, Jerry (Danielle)
Endall, Mike (Coralee) Endall all of Chestermere, AB; grandchildren
Danielle Merrill (Cody) of Petawawa, ON, Kaitlynn Arbeau of New
Zealand, Bailey Arbeau of Red Deer, AB, Tyson and Ryder Endall of
Chestermere, AB; great granddaughter Chloe Merrill; brothers Warren
Merrill (Geraldine) of Stanley, Roland Merrill (Pamela) of NS; sisters
Linda MacNally of BC, Beatrice Merrill (Brian) of Stanley, Susan
Merrill-Hastings (Keith) of Stanley.
There will be no funeral service, at his request. A
celebration of life will be held at a later date.
