In addition to a wonderful witty sense of humour, her strength, independence and resilience was so admirable. She will be deeply missed. Donations can be made in Betty’s honour to St. Andrew’s Church in Cobourg or to St. Elizabeth Health Care. A private graveside service was held in Cobourg Union cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
