Obituary of Barbara Lapointe
LAPOINTE, Barbara Noreen – At home, in honour of her wishes, Barbara Lapointe passed away surrounded by her four loving children on Monday, November 16, 2020. Predeceased by her loving husband Harold (1995). Beloved mother of Dr. Beverly Hann, Dawn Ortiz (Randy), Patty Thomas (Wayne), and Tom. Cherished grandmother of Adam Ball, Jaime Keener, Eric Thomas (Sarah Nichols), Lara Ward (Aaron), and Mathew Thomas. Dear sister of the late James and the late Gordon Lockwood.
A private family graveside service will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758). Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
Goodbye my family and friends, my life has passed. I loved you all to the very last. Weep not for me, but courage take. Love each other for my sake. For those you love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday.
