WESTENDORP – Ann « Janneke » (nee vanDixhoorn)

Our dearest mother, sister, Oma and Great-Oma entered into her Heavenly rest on Friday, September 11, in her 80th year. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Herman and her children Herman (Lisa) Westendorp of Aylmer, Carol Struyk of Welland, John (Betty) Westendorp of Dunnville and Paul (Jennifer) Westendorp of St. Thomas; by her 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; by her siblings Audrey (Rinus) Hulst of Aylmer, Andy (Lyn) vanDixhoorn of Cambridge, John (Lisa) vanDixhoorn of Iowa, and Peter (Gwen) vanDixhoorn of Port Stanley; and by her siblings-in-law Thea (Henk✝) vanDixhoorn and Tom (Dianne✝) Pyper. Predeceased by her parents Janneke and Andries vanDixhoorn, her brothers Dingeman and Henk and her sister Dianne. Mom’s greatest joy was providing a warm and loving home for her husband and children. The family will receive friends at Bethel United Reformed Church, 49823 Talbot Line, Aylmer on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 1:00, interment at Aylmer Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas.
