Obituary
Anne Bandura, passed away on May 20, 2020, at the hospital in Kamsack, Saskatchewan.
Anne Bandura was born to Sam and Helen Walchuk (Medevid) of Sheho Saskatchewan.
Anne Bandura was married to Frank Bandura in 1947, farmed in Swan Plain, Saskatchewan for a few years, moving to Sheho, Saskatchewan where they farmed, then moved to Toronto, Ontario where she worked in a hospital and Frank worked with the railroad. They moved back to a farm in Arran, Saskatchewan and subsequently retired to Kamsack, Saskatchewan in 1974.
Anne was loved and will be missed by her immediate and extended family and everyone that knew her for her tenacious spirit. Rest in Peace!
She is survived by her two children; daughter, Shirley (Roy) Melnyk of Russell, Manitoba and son, Carl (Wendy) Bandura of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, and grand-daughter Melissa Bandura (Adin Wridgway) of Victoria, British Columbia. She will also be missed by her sister-in-law, Elsie Walchuk of Winnipeg and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Frank Bandura, seven brothers: Pete Walchuk of St. Catherines, Ontario; Frank Walchuk of Sheho, Saskatchewan; John Walchuk of Sheho, Saskatchewan; Steve Walchuk of Sheho, Saskatchewan; Mike Walchuk of Winnipeg, Manitoba; Nick Walchuk of Yorkton, Saskatchewan; and Alec Walchuk of Theodore, Saskatchewan. and three sisters: Jennie Predenchuk of Regina, Saskatchewan; Mary Kopchuk of Foam Lake, Saskatchewan; and Caroline Kennedy of Edmonton, Alberta.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, private family services are being held.
