Andrew Arthur Geldart –
January 7th 1954 – January
22nd 2020
It is with heavy hearts we announce that Andrew
Arthur Geldart, 66 of Parkindale, NB lost his long and courageous
fight with cancer peacefully on January 22, 2020 at the Saint John
Regional Hospital with his wife and children at his
side.
If you were lucky enough to have crossed paths
with Andrew, you’ll remember him as a clever (but stubborn)
man. Those fortunate enough to have known him well, will
never forget how intelligent, kind, quick-witted, generous and loving
(yet still so stubborn) he was. From fixing or building
practically anything, to helping locate that hard-to-find automobile
part, he always went miles out of his way for anyone in
need.
Andrew is survived by his loving wife, Debby (whom
he considered his lifelong sidekick); his daughter, Melissa; and son,
Jason (Amanda). He is also survived by a sister and several
cousins.
Andrew requested there not be a memorial service,
but those who wish to pay condolences can do so by donating to the
Parkindale Cemetery.
