CHISHOLM, Albert James
It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 at the age of 92 years. Son of the late William Chisholm and late Martha (Morden) Chisholm. Beloved husband of 63 years to Shirley Joyce (Lockhart) Chisholm. Loving father of Debbie Chisholm, Sheila Evans (Mike), David Chisholm (Michelle), Dolly Chisholm, Shelly Leroux (Mark) and Steven Chisholm (Tanya). Cherished grandfather of Erikka, Joshua, Samantha, Melissa, Dave Jr., Devan, Reagan, Éric, Stéphane, Mandy, Rolly Jr. “Buddy”, Michael, Shaun, Kayla “Bubba”, Stephanie and Jessica. Proud great-grandfather of 22 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Violet and Bessie. Predeceased by his sister Doris. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to express a special thank you to Sandy from Pioneer Manor for the care and compassion shown towards Albert. In keeping with Albert’s wishes there will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque or online to the Alzheimer Society. Arrangements entrusted to the Cooperative Funeral Home.
