Ada Johnson 1954 – 2020
It is with immense sadness that the family of Ada Johnson announce her passing. At home surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, July 11th, 2020 at the age of 65 years, Ada went to be with her best friend and husband Bill. Beloved wife of the late Bill Johnson. Devoted mother to Cathy Johnson and Carolyn and Tim VanLoon. Empowering and loving grandmother of Timothy (Bucky), Warren and Owen. Daughter of the late Jesse Morrow and Pearl Jackson. Daughter-in-law of the late Fred and Laura Johnson. Sister to Vernon and Carol, Rosemary and Ken (Deceased), Jesse (Deceased) and Judy, Bobby (Deceased), Pearl and Larry, Darlene and Tom, Raymond and Diane, Sherry and Jim, Danny and Carol (Deceased), Patrick and Maria, Gordon and Christine. Sister-in-law to Frank Hill (Deceased) and Jo-Bear, Lonnie and Mary (Deceased), Belva (Deceased), John, Dolly and Arnie (Deceased), Robert and Ruby (Deceased), Joe and Pat, Ron and Toni and also Linda Joy. Predeceased by sister-in-law Minnie, uncle Ray (Babe) and aunt Fran. Also survived and sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ada was an amazing artist and lover of all things creative, she had such a love for music, gardening and helping things grow and she could see the potential in all things and people even if they didn’t see the potential themselves, she always knew how to make everyone feel important and loved. Anyone that was fortunate enough to know her felt the love and protection that she gave to them. We know that it is a love that will never fade.
