Kathleen L. Pirie
1926-2020
The death of Kathleen Leona Pirie occurred Tuesday April 7, 2020 at
the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth-Andover. Born August 13, 1926, she was
the daughter of the late Fredrick and Mary (Lavine) Hanson. She was
also predeceased by her husband, Thomas Pirie; 1 son, Larry Pirie; 1
sister, Pauline Rattray; 2 brothers, Joe Hanson and Douglas
Hanson.
Kathleen is survived by her son Stephen Pirie as well as nieces,
nephews and extended family.
Kathleen was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Due to the ongoing situation with the Covid-19 virus, a graveside
service with family and friends will be held at a later date. This
obituary will be reposted at a later date once all the details have
been finalized.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Victoria County SPCA or
the Rowena Pentecostal Cemetery would be appreciated.
