Betty Ayers, age 86, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on Sunday, March 1, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Arnie Ayers (1986). Survived by her children David (Tina) and Leesa, grandchildren Adam (Kaitlin), Austin, Danny (Sydney) and Brianna, great-granddaughter Kara, brother Bill (Jocelyn), sister Peggy, brother-in-law Richard, God-child Carol (Jett) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Rita and Rosella (late Stuart), brothers George, Jim and Jack, and infant daughter Mary Elizabeth. A celebration of Betty’s life will be held in the Reception Centre of the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 1 – 3 p.m. with Prayers at 2 p.m. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery London.
