Memorial Donation
It is with great sadness that the family of the late John McLean Sr. announce his peaceful passing at his home in Port au Port West on February 1, 2020, at the age of 88 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sons John Jr. (Nora) Port au Port West, Joseph (Priscilla) Stephenville Crossing, his daughters Lori, Port au Port West, Deanna (Donnie) Kirkland Lake ON, Twila (Dwayne) Mount Pearl, Wanda, Port au Port East and predeceased by his daughter Anna (Gus) Kirkland Lake ON. He leaves behind one sister Anastasia of Stephenville and one nephew Desmond (Elka) of Boswarlos NL and a large gathering of grand and great-grandchildren and countless friends. He also leaves behind his two fur babies Sam and Tika. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit at Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville on Monday, February 3rd from 7-9 pm and Tuesday, February 4th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Johnny’s memory. Funeral and Mass to be announced at a later date.
