VICTOR D’SOUZA
April 22, 1955 – December 23, 2020
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts we advise that Victor passed away peacefully on December 23, 2020 at the age of 65. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Jean of 35 years, and doted Son Brendon D’Souza. Devoted brother of Rosemary Davids, Flora D’Souza, Louisa (Errol) D’Costa, Joey (Patricia) D’Souza and brother-in-law to Jennifer (Milton) Noronha and Janet (William) Valladares. Victor is fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews – Darren and Denise Davids (David Mack), Diane and Vanessa D’Costa, Alanna and Garrett D’Souza, Ginella (Jason) Deonarine, and Warren Valladares.
In adherence to COVID-19 protocols, a private family funeral service will be held for Victor on Thursday December 31, 2020, starting with a viewing at 10:30 am, followed by Mass at 11:30 am at The Blessed Trinity Church.
To view the livestream service, please go to blessedtrinityto.archtoronto.org This will take you to our webpage. When you get there click on the “live streaming” button at the top of the page. The video will go live about 10 min before the funeral. When the video launches, hover your mouse over the lower left hand part of the screen… there they will see a small speaker with an X beside it. Click on the speaker to enable the sound (the X will disappear). The volume of the sound is controlled from the computer/device they are on. They may need to increase the volume on their computer / device to hear things properly. *A computer is the best way to watch the broadcast. Cell phones and ipads do work – marginally, but (especially) older models can sometimes have limited or outdated technology that doesn’t always handle the sizable data that comes in with both audio and video broadcasting. A very old computer can also have these issues…
“ Even though I walk through the darkest valley; I will fear no evil, for you are with me…” Psalm 23.4

I dealt with Victor through work since I came to this country 18 years ago and even though I never met him in person I could hear his smile on the phone. He was always helpful and positive. You will be missed
