Peacefully at Russell Meadows, Russell, Ontario on Thursday November 5, 2020 at the age of 97. Husband of the late Jacqueline (Perron). Father of Brian, Rob (Diana Karam) and Bonny (Daniel Kennedy). Grandfather to Katie and Rachel Wellard, Caileigh, Emera, Alaura and Benjamin Kennedy. Brother of the late Daphne (Kenneth Moore). Proud veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy, served in the battle of the North Atlantic. Peter served on the H.M.C.S. Woodstock and the H.M.C.S. Saskatchewan. Following the war he worked at the spruce mill in Kapuskasing then moving to Burlington where he worked at Proctor and Gamble for the rest of his career as an instrument technician. If desired donations made to the Royal Canadian Legion would be appreciated.
