In Loving Memory of
David Arthur Nicholson
March 17, 1944 – October 25, 2020
The family announces with sorrow his passing on Sunday October 25th, 2020 at the age of 76 years. Loving husband of the late Norma Eileen Nicholson (nee Belonoha). Cherished father of Curtis (Melody) Nicholson and Darryl Nicholson (Becca Jackpine), grandfather of Kirsten, Kiara, Logan Bret and Trinity and great grandfather of Kennedy. He was the brother-in-law of Georgette (late William ‘’Skip’’) Belonoha and Ron (Karen) Belonoha and uncle of Wayne, Ken, Bill (Kim) and Trudy (Tom). He also leaves behind many dear friends and other family members.
Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine funeral Home, 641 deTroyes Avenue on Thursday October 29th, 2020 from 2 to 4 pm & 7 to 9 pm. The Graveside Service will be held at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Matheson (date & Time to be confirmed)***Covid-19 restrictions in place. ***
Memorial donations may be made to the Bingham Memorial Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation and would be greatly appreciated by the family.

The maximum of people allowed at the same time in Irvine & Irvine funeral home is 30% of its full capacity at one time, rotation may take place;
Outdoor funeral services (visitations, receptions and graveside services) up to a maximum of 100 attendees may still take place at a cemetery or funeral home’s property
The wearing of a mask by everyone in the funeral home and church during visitations and funeral is mandatory;
No memorial donations nor Mass will be accepted in person at the funeral home;
No food nor beverage services will be provided;
Washrooms will not be accessible;
Everyone must follow proper health and safety advice, including physical distancing of two metres from people who are not from the same household or their established 10-person social circle;
