Obituary
Sheila was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, to Lillian Louise MacKessock and Alvin Milton Blue, but grew up in Paisley, Ontario. She married Clarence Lewis Nicholson (October 8, 1924 – February 7, 1998) on October 18, 1947. They raised three children, Gerald Raynard July 23, 1948 – July 21, 1967, Lawrence Wayne December 24, 1949 – July 21, 1967, and Sharon Jeanette (Reeves) October 27, 1951. A commemorative bench in the boys’ names may be found beside the Saugeen River at the south of Paisley.
Clarence and Sheila moved to Moonstone/Coldwater onto bushland property where they felled trees for lumber and split fieldstone to build their home. They had many happy years cutting wood, making maple syrup, giving sleigh rides, and even made honey. Sheila loved the outdoors and spent her time gardening and tending the property after her husband’s death.
Sheila is lovingly missed by daughter Sharon (Ron), Grandchildren Cassie (Dale) and Dan (Shannon), Great Grandchildren Hailey and Aiden (Cassie) and Ty, Drew, Katie (Dan), Brothers John, Alan, Blair Blue.
Burial has taken place at Douglas Hill Cemetery south of Paisley.

A memorial tree planting would be a wonderful idea for mom.
