April Hart (nee Falconer)
April 19, 1965 – January 5, 2020
April passed suddenly in her home in Picton, On. Beloved mother to Christa Falconer, Donald Insley, Chase Falconer (Terri-Lynn), and Hailey Hart; proud grandmother to Henry and Elizabeth Insley; cherished sister to the late Elizabeth Falconer, Bruce Falconer (Betty), Christine Stone (Eric), and Diana Leigh; and adored aunt to many nieces and nephews,who affectionately called her “aunt appie.”
April was a member of the Elks Lodge and Picton Legion, and enjoyed spending time at the lodge with her friends. She was a fun loving and free spirited soul with an infectious laugh that brought joy to anyone around her. She will be missed and remembered by many who will forever hold her dear to their hearts.
A celebration of life is yet to be determined and will be announced at a later date.
The family is asking that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of gifts and flowers.
