Violet Irene Lawrence
LAWRENCE, Violet- Peacefully, with family by her side, on November 8, 2019, at 99 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Charles (2002). Cherished mother of Sandra Elliott (Bob), of N.B., the late Bob, of B.C. and the late Charlene, of Niagara Falls. Dear step mother of Mae Bechthold (Roland) and Violet Butler, both of B.C., daughters-in-law Elsie Robbins, of Niagara Falls and Dorothy Schutt, of B.C. Violet will be fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Carlton Schutt (Lynn) and sister-in-law of Marsha Schutt. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks and appreciation to the staff and personal support workers at Gilmore Lodge Nursing Home, Fort Erie, for the loving and personal care to Violet.
Friends will be received at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street, on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A celebration of her life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 12th at 11 o’clock. Interment to follow at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
