Obituary of Shirley Ann Leatherland
We are sad to announce the passing of our mother Shirley Ann Leatherland (Fickling) on Sunday November 24th ,2019 in her 86th year. Wife of the late Jeff (2004). She will be missed by her children Len (Judy), Shelley (Bill) and Sandy (Paul 2009). Loved by her grandchildren Kelly (Darryl), Mike, Carly, Kayti (Dave), Jim, Jillian and great grandchildren Breanna, Alyssa, Nolan, Nicholas, Dawson, Maia and Cole and daughter-in-law Dianne. Mom will also be missed by the Fickling and Leatherland families. There will be a celebration of life at the Dorchester Donnybrook Legion on Sunday December 1, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Dorchester VON would be appreciated. “Dad, make room in the boat, mom’s finally ready to get out on the lake with you – and don’t forget the cold ones!”
