Obituary
KAUK, O. Lois (nee Brown)- Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday, November 27th, 2019 in her 98th year. Loving wife of the late William I. Duncan and Edwin Kauk. Cherished mother of Gayle Rakutt and Bill Duncan. Loved grandmother of four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Lois was born in Cassell Ontario, raised in Bright, and was the daughter of the late Walter and Olive Brown. Predeceased by her brothers John Brown, Dave Brown, and her sisters Jean Sparks, Bettie Kyte and Marjorie Williamson. Lois was an avid gardener, enjoyed travelling extensively and loved a good game of Euchre. She retired from the Oxford Regional Centre as the head seamstress, was a long-standing member of Dundas United Church and the Woodstock Horticultural Society. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at the Chesterfield Cemetery.
