Peacefully at his home on Monday, November 11, 2019 Michael McCaffrey in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth “Betty” McCaffrey (2017). Loving father of Joel McCaffrey and his wife Jill and Matthew McCaffrey and his wife Samantha. Proud grandfather of Claire, Noah, Ryan, Isaac, and Benjamin.
Mike enjoyed the quieter moments in life. He loved his home, family and grandchildren. A special thank you to neighbours Cheryl and Steve for their care and concern over the late many years.
Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael’s Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on Friday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
