Obituary of Marie Muir
MUIR, Anna Marie
March 14, 1943- November 12, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Anna Marie Muir at the age of 76. Loving Mother of Shelley Hermiston (Gary) of St. Catharines, Ont. and Mark (Lisa) Muir of Dartmouth, NS. Devoted Grandmother “Meme” to Chantelle, Christopher, Danielle. Predeceased by her husband John “Jack”, and parents Edmond DesRoches and Rose Gilbert as well as Doris Dunford and Lavern Perry. Sister to Nelson DesRoches, Eldon DesRoches, Lillian Langridge, Maggie (Rick) Buunk all from St. Catharines, Denise (Nelson) Gaudet, Earl DesRoches, Ed DesRoches, Jack DesRoches all from the East Coast. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friend, Dennis and June Muir and Ed Dorian. Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at the funeral home on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Hwy 20, Fonthill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation of Ontario
